In the field of electrical engineering, we take charge of the entire development process for you, from circuit development to PCB layouting to microcontroller programming. Our range of services also includes custom user interfaces and the use of embedded PCs in automatic machines, for example.

Design (mechanical engineering)

Years of experience, close collaboration with Sedlbauer AG as a reliable partner for manufacturing, and the use of latest 3D CAD software (Pro/ENGINEER ®) form the basis on which our design team develops function- and production-optimized solutions for your product ideas.

Reliable management of design data with our modern PDM system is as much a normal part of the service for our clients as data exchange with your CAD system and standardized change management.

Our main field of activity is sheet metal processing, and more specifically the design and construction of housings for ticketing machines for public transport and car park tickets, info and kiosk systems, and rack and cabinet systems for telecommunications. In this capacity, we offer innovative complete developments and new designs from individual components to complex equipment. Naturally, we also develop and implement special custom solutions at request.

Service

At request, we also perform the testing and certification of the finished products at your premises or in collaboration with renowned laboratories. We supervise the onsite measurements and, if desired, perform any necessary modifications or suggest measures on how you can satisfy the corresponding standards.


We perform the following tests for you:
  • EMC tests pursuant to EN 61000-4-x

  • Temperature and climate tests

  • Vibration and shock resistance tests

  • Equipment safety tests pursuant to EN 60950-1, EN 60730-1


We also offer you support on continuing product tests, CE conformity assessments and approvals of industrial products, advanced product quality planning and in-process quality assurance for the best possible product quality.
