Employee training
Every employee makes an essential contribution towards achieving our quality goals. The employees assume responsibility for their products and are involved in the continuous improvement process. This, however, can only work with motivated and well-trained employees. New employees therefore undergo a training programme developed specifically for them. All others must participate in the appropriate measures as necessary.
Advanced product quality planning
Systematic advanced quality planning takes place all the way from the developmental phase to series production of our products.
Product testing
Products are tested in in-house and, wherever necessary, external laboratories in order to assure the quality requirements.
Preliminary, intermediate and final testing
The appropriate preliminary, intermediate and final tests are performed to assure the quality of our products. Special testing means are employed for each specific product. With tests set up in the manufacturing facility, responses are quick and flexible.
